My stay at the hotel was just what we needed - simple, clean rooms perfect for people like us who are out most of the day. The absence of a window didn't bother us as the room was comfortable and spotless. The service was exceptional, very helpful and friendly, even going the extra mile to accommodate our requests. The location was ideal, right in the center of the city near temples and markets, but a bit noisy. The dining experience was sufficient, with a few choices available, and the facilities met our needs perfectly.

The hotel had quite large rooms with an elephant theme, very clean, not too fancy but clean with hot water, comfortable bed, great towels, and pillows, and even had 2 beds for children. The service was friendly and helpful, with some extra charges and issues with air conditioning and lighting. The location was excellent within walking distance to many attractions in the old part of the city, and the dining experience ranged from nice gestures to limited options. Overall, a satisfactory stay with some minor downsides.
